Revenue Manager
Afixis Hospitality Management Company is looking for a Revenue Manager – Hotels to join our team in Athens.
The Revenue Manager – Hotels will be working closely to the commercial manager by assisting in developing, implementing, monitoring and controlling annual revenue budget to meet or exceed business goals.
Responsibilities
More detailed, the responsibilities of the role include the following:
· In cooperation with the commercial manager develops yearly hotels’ room sales forecast
· On a weekly basis monitors hotels’ sales performance based on specific KPIs (weekly reservations pick up, reach to target for room nights, revenue, (ADR) to draw conclusion and take relevant actions when needed
· Creates and develops pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel
· Optimizes OTAs set up and overall connectivity of PMS, channel manager and OTAs.
· Monitors competition and analyzes market trends to ensure that sales strategy is performing
· Generate and monitor revenue reports on weekly basis for management review
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Skills for the role:
· 2 – 3 years of experience in Revenue Management
· Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies
· Computer literate, especially in excel
· Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS (i.e Protel, Opera, Fidelio) Channel Manager, GDS, OTAs
· Need for achievement of goals and success
· Taking ownership of new projects
· Good analytical and numeric skills, taking fast decisions
· Commercial attitude and proactive sales approach
· Building relationships with all stakeholders (reservations, hoteliers, suppliers)

Reservations Executive
Afixis Hospitality Management Company, is looking for a Reservations Executive. The Reservations Executive will handle various properties within the Afixis Hospitality portfolio, will work closely and report to the commercial manager. Role is based in Athens (Year-round employment).
Responsibilities
Handling guest requests via email, telephone and reservation platforms.
Responds to all guest reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times.
Frequent communication with the front office department for handover.
Manages the daily operations and efficient running of the Reservations Department.
Is familiar and involved in the key principles of pricing strategies and revenue management.
Manages reservation function to maintain the highest possible room occupancy and average daily rate.
Tracks weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics for analytical, budgeting and forecasting purposes.
Handles external systems such as channel manager, web-booking engines, rate comparison tools, OTAs extranets etc.
Qualifications
Holding a degree in Hospitality/Tourism will be considered as an asset.
Has at least two to three-year experience in hotel reservations.
Has excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Greek. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered as an asset.
Diligent, numbers-oriented, self-motivated.
Has negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a very strong customer-focused approach.
Dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Well-groomed with organizational skills.
